How can I animate my visualizations on Spotfire

I want to be able to produce a visualization that changes over a time period using the click of a button similar to the example on this link:

However, I am having a hard time replicating this. Can someone please guide me through the steps or even possibly upload a dxp that has replicated the example in the link
