Can we use String data type ID for implementing the Text analytics Python data function

Hello,

I am trying to implement the function explained in the following link-

https://community.spotfire.com/feed-items/text-analytics-sentiment-translations-and-beyond-using-aws-and-azure-through-tibco

As per the example,the Id used for text analytics is numeric type but I have id which is of "string" datatype,so when i run the sript it gives me error .

Can anyone suggest how can i amend the script to use string type Id in this example.

Below line in aws script makes id values numeric :

text_results['SentimentScore'][idColumnName] = int(row[idColumnName])

for your case, you can remove int() and just use row[idColumnName]

i did try that but it still gives me error.
