Unable to execute the Automation job on Spotfire

Hi When i try to exectue the Email task getting below error.could some one please help

Based on the error seems like a connection could not be esatablished to your SMTP server. Can you please check if your SMTP server is reachable from your Spotfire Analyst machine(if executing locally) or Node Manager server machine whereAutomation Service is installed(if executing on server) by using ping command from command prompt.

Did you configure SMTP details in the Automation service configuration If yes, please double check on the SMTP field entries there, especially the port. Make sure this is the correct portwhich SMTP server is accepting connections on.
