ANTONIO Velasco
No. As you can see on the attached picture , Spotfire can read from the server all the the databases available, but If I click on "estrella_ods", the error is shown. Shandilya Peddi
Can you enable debug logging and try to replicate the issue. Share the log or you can also check the log for any additional information before the error that might provide us some helpful info -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- How to enable Debug Logging - Spotfire Professional Client -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Open Spotfire Client 2. Browse to "Help > Support Diagnostics and Logging" > Logging tab 3. Set the Log level to "Debug" and make a note of the "Log file" location 4. Click on OK 5. If applicable, replicate the issue and then open the "Log file" path --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Harshith Reddy Musku
This seems to be caused due to some unsupported types present in one/some of the tables in that database and was fixed in 7.7 HF-009,7.8,7.9. Verify by deploying latest client hotfix for 7.7 https://community.spotfire.com/wiki/list-hotfixes-tibco-spotfire-clients-analyst-web-player-consumerbusiness-author-and-automation
