How to draw an x-axis bounded horizontal line in Spotfire

I would like to draw several horizontal lines (segments) in my scatterplot visualization. I want the lines to always appear at the same x-axis value but only in a certain x-range. Right now, I am using a horizontal lines made with the fixed position option. I am looking to create a custom expression that will limit the x-range, so that line 1 isat (-65:-30,100) and line 2 at (-70:-45,40).

Does anyone know how I can do this

I haven't been able to make these formulas work yet. Where would I enter them in lines & curves
