When you hover over the hidden border of the legend you get a cursor with which you can adjust the position of legends!

I just stumbled accross something. on the top of the ledgend or really the vis title bar if you click the thing that looks like 3 dots and 3 lines that will turn off or hide the ledgend. When you click it again the ledgend comes back on but it is floating and you can drag it anywhere on the screen. Then if you hit click the pin at the top right it will dock back on the right. Pretty handy.

It can used on left or right only which is the best to show this information but it may be possible using extensions.

In case the content of the legend is not changing I would use the legend as a screenshot-picture in the text area so you could move that anywhere.

Please remember that the legend section can also be floating around, i think once user gets familiar with that, it is super convenient

ohh i just realized in the analyst client it is not possible to dock/undock it except on left of right, in web its out of the box

Would definitely llike to have this feature. Maybe, have the legend floating.
