Navigating to another dashboard on document property value change

Is it possible to navigate to another dashboard(another dxp file) using ironpython script.

There are scripts available to generate a hyper link, but is it possible to navigate directly to the other dashboardon document property value selection, without generating and clicking the hyperlink.
