Generating PDF in Spotfire

Hi All,

I need help in achieving a requirement.

Requirement is: I have a table which has healthcare related data.In which i have different machine details, when a user clicks/selects a machine then it will show whether it is new order or service order and when the user selects the type of order then based on the selection data should open in a table form. On top of that I want to have a Button which helps in generating PDF report based on the type of order selection.

Hope my question is clear.

You'll find scripts in there that you can use in an action control button.

Have tried almost all the Iron python codes available, all are working in Client(Desktop), but not in webplayer.

 

I would need a code which works in Webplayer tool.

This post explains how you would be able to do such a thing, as your export in the web is carried on the nodemanager itself, you'll have to create a custom export function in Spotfire:
