Limiting data in a visualisation using multiple expression

Hi,

 

I am trying to limit my data using multiple expressions. The Idea is I wanted to create three check boxes that will further only one of which can be selected at a time.

I created a text area, added my FY check box (taking unique values)-Year1, Category (again unique values)- List and sub-category (unique values)- List2.

Issue I am facing is in applying these three togeather on a particular chart in the data limiting. I tried using [FY]=$[Year1] and [KEY]=$[List1] and [unit]=$[List2].

You may have the document property values formatted improperly. Try something like:

 

[FY]=DocumentProperty("Year1") and [KEY]=DocumentProperty("List1") and [unit]=DocumentProperty("List2")
