Getting an error in Spotfire- " Execution of JavaScript failed"

When the reports were deployed in test environment i am getting error message as : "Execution of JavScript failed " the the details are :

"Exception details:

Type: TypeError

Message: Cannot read property 'addEventListener' of null

But when the same report is deployd in higher environment i cannot see any error message .

Can anyone help with this , why I am getting this error to one of the environments .

Would it possible to share an sample analysis file Also what version of Spotfire is running on your test and higher environment

Is this issue on both analyst and web player

I guess i cannot share the file.

 

The version used for Test and higher is 7.11 and yesa the issue is in both Analyst and Web player .

If you can share the HTML content and JavaScript may be that will help to understand which part might be causing the issue.
