Has anyone created a dynamic injury location report using the human anatomy

I am trying to create a dynamic mapped injury location (non geographical) using a picture of the human anatomy (or some poeple call it the injury location man).

The desired outcome is to be able to click on any part of the body and it will show the data coresponding to the location in the data table or vice versa.

Ihave attached an example screen shot of whatI want to do.

I understand how to create a dynamic visualisation however if somemone can wallk me through how to make a picture (that I'll import into the spotfire page from an external resource) into a dynamic visualisation - that is what I want to understand.
