Library window appears over top of dashboard with webplayer

Hi,

I have a dashboard that when opened by a user with the webplayer has a window superimposed on it that showsthe library folders. The library window can be closed by clicking cancel and then the dashboard will functionas normal. This happens to multiple users with different browsers when accessingthis dashboard. It occurs with the published dashboard link as well as when selecting it directly from the library folder.

Has anyone ran across this problem and have suggestions on how to resolve it Our Spotfire version is 7.7.

Hello Matt,

Having the following information can help to narrow down the issue.

1)Do you see this issue in more than one environment(Production/Test) or you see it only in production

2)Is this issue is specific to one report or spread over multiple reports

3)Is this issue is reproducible on multiple browsers or specific to a single browser

4)Can you try making a copy of the report and save it to the library with a new name and see if the issue persists.

5)When was the Node Manager restarted last time, Is it possible to restart the Node and check if the issue persists or not

6)While you are reproducing this issue on a browser, can you enable developer tools(Click F12) and see if there are any errors in network tab

7)Do you have any custom packages deployed If yes can you try with default deployment
