Matthew Jaeger Posted June 26, 2019 Share Posted June 26, 2019 I'm running Spotfire Server 10.0.1 on AWS EC2, using a marketplace AMI. I've noticed that every 2-3 weeks Spotfire "locks up" and becomes inaccessible. Users can't log in, I can't access the bootstrap file, and even manually running the startup/shutdown scripts doesn't seem to do anything. Nothing in the logs stands out and the only solution I've found is to reboot the instance. I'm hoping to discover the root cause so we don't have to have this downtime.
