Select Box to filter out not include

When I have a filter that is a drop down select box, for example 350+ part numbers, to "filter out" only one or two the users have to select all the PN's, select first, scroll to end then shift select the last, then scroll back and deselect by using CTRL-Click, the one or 2 part numbers they do NOT want.

Is there a way to create a filter which in my terminology would be an "opt out" filter rather than the current which is "opt in"

Making 350+ check boxes is not an option! :-)
