Scheduled Updates doesn't load data

I have a report based on only an information link with a custom query not cached.

The query takes about 2 hours to give result and so I want to use scheduled updates to access data without waiting so much time.

When I open the report from spotfire analyst or from web player (without scheduled updates) it loads fine with all charts and datatables.

When I set up a scheduled updateof the report chart and data tables are not displayed. This is happening with and without caching options.

I can see in the bottom right corner of the page that rows are extracted but not displayed, can someone help

You can try adding "scheduledupdates@SPOTFIRESYSTEM" user to Library Administrator group and see if that makes a difference. If thatdoes not help,we will need to check the Web Player logs to see what is going on.

The reason why charts were not displayed in Web Players is, as you suggested, a permission issue of user scheduledupdates.

 

After the report is loaded and cached from scheduledupdates, the user that load the report at every new access is scheduledupdates.

 

Now I am not using %CURRENT_USER% (that is always SCHEDULEDUPDATES)  to limit chart visualization but a document property for the username of the logged user.
