spotfire server not accessible after using self signed certificate

Greetings ,

 

I am trying to use self signed certificate to access spotfire server 10.3.0 using the steps in the below KB article

 

https://support.tibco.com/s/article/How-to-create-a-self-signed-Server-certificate-to-enable-HTTPS-connection-between-Spotfire-Server-7-9-x-and-Clients

 

However , the spotfire server is not responding and when trying to access using https [ https://localhost/spotfire ] i get the error "HTTP Error 404. The requested resource is not found."

To start with can you check if there are any errors in the Server.log and if so can you share here with us
