Hi Chris, almost there.

 

I have 10 rows of data bottom 3 rows have some controls that will say pass or fail the remaining rows are empty. if any of the bottom 3 rows have the word fail, then I don't want to calculate for the remaining 7 rows. If all three rows are pass then I want to calculate a new calculated column for teh above 7 rows. Make sense

 

Your formula is only calculating for the bottom 23 right now.
