Gabriel Dausque
Hello, in spotfire 7.11.1, when installing a custom plugin on some server, we have encoutered the following error : Error message: Could not load the analysis Cultural Differences. LibraryException at Spotfire.Dxp.Application: Import failed (HRESULT: 80131500) Stack Trace: at Spotfire.Dxp.Application.AnalysisApplication.OpenFromLibraryCore(Guid entryId, DocumentOpenSettings settings) at Spotfire.Dxp.Forms.Application.FileUserActions.c__DisplayClass18.b__16() at Spotfire.Dxp.Forms.Application.FormsProgressService.ProgressThread.DoOperationLoop() ImportException at Spotfire.Dxp.Application: Failed to prompt. I suppose this is related to cultural settings, but I didn't see the link between our custom plugin (that opens a custom panel) and the issues on the server. Can you help to find the meaning of this error message and how to solve it thanks
Prashant Anand
Hello Gabriel, This will need some detailed investigation. I would recommend opening a support case with Spotfire Technical Support.
