I faced the below error while opening analysis. The analysis could not be opened because no web player services are available. Contact your Spotfire administrator Error reference code: 87078213-0ee2-4755-b74c-7ea47fbc6606 In server log: ERROR 2019-05-14T13:47:05,555+0530 [unknown, #180, #318] web.controller.CAExceptionHandler: Exception for /spotfire/nodemanager/trust/initialize from . Prashant Anand Posted May 21, 2019 Share Posted May 21, 2019 If you are still unable to figure out the cause, check the "nm.log" located under "Node Manager installation directorytsnm7.7.0nmlogs". Varma Nadimpalli Posted May 23, 2019 Share Posted May 23, 2019 As mentioned by Krishna earlier try the following steps. 1)Stop the Node Manager Manager windows service. 2)Revoke the trust of node from Spotfire AdminUI. 3)Then remove the node from Untrusted Nodes list in Spotfire AdminUI. 4)Remove the certificates from [installed Directory] tibcotsnm7.x.xnmtrust and [installed Directory]tibcotss7.x.xnmtrust folders. 5)Then restart Spotfire server and once it is up start the Node Manager and trust the Node.
