Jeff Dean 2 Posted April 24, 2019 Posted April 24, 2019 I added a prompt to an existing Spotfire InfoLink. If I create a new visualization from scratch, the prompt appears and filters appropriately. If I open an existing visualization, it looks like it is ignoring the prompt and loading the full data set. I am sure there is something excedingly easy and obvious that I am missing, but I cannot seem to figure out what. Thanks in advance!
Prashant Anand Posted April 24, 2019 Posted April 24, 2019 While accessing the dxp on Web Player, you can change the document property value through configuration block. ===== https://community.spotfire.com/wiki/create-configuration-block-tibco-spotfire ===== If you do not pass the configuration block and just open the dxp URL then the document property value which was last saved will be used to run the data table query. You can also use javascript API as below, to set the value to the document property. ===== https://community.spotfire.com/wiki/spotfire-javascript-mashup-api-and-tech... =====
