Add Data in columns manual and Save it

Hello, im very new with Spotfire and Need your help.

I have a table with 10 columns for example, 9 columns has data, column 10 is empty. Now i want to give everyone they have Access to the table,the chance to put an individual Comment in the free column.

I will sent a link to this People, they will open the report and fill out the empty column, and store it.

After that i will extract the table in a excel file, with the added comments.

Is it possible, I hope so and you can help me.
