Triggering Ironpython script from Map Chart

Is there any workaournd that lets me triggerIronpython script from a Map chart.

We are showing different country information in our map chart and on clicking of a particular country it should redirect to a different page. Is it possible in Spotfire

There is no direct way to trigger an IronPython script from a MapChart. But when you say "on clicking of a particular country" are you marking any data on the mapchart or just click on the map layer
