Don't have download privileges on TIBCO eDelivery site

Hi There, I am using a free trial version of TIBCO Spotfire to create custom visualization for TIBCO Spotfire Analyst. While downloading the prerequisites of TIBCO Spotfire Developer (SDK) as per the document "https://community.spotfire.com/wiki/create-custom-visualization-tibco-spotfire", I am getting an error like "don't have download privileges on TIBCO eDelivery site". Refer attached screenshot. Anyone can help us to resolve this issue to move further

If you have a trial version of our Cloud Spotfire product you do not have access to our eDelivery website. You will need to request a full-stack trial to have access to all of the additional Spotfire products. Contact our sales department for more information:
