About filters applied by analysts in analysis document for Consumer

Hello, Can you confirm, if the analyst applies filters in an analysis document, whose data source is external (web services), can a consumer open this document and the filters remain applied I'm doing a test with that scenario and the consumer can visualize the data that the analyst has filtered.
