James McSweeney 2
Hi, I'm trying to create a connection between SF and Axosoft. I've got the URL with the access token working fine in Postman, but when I copy and paste that in to Spotfire I'm getting a 401 error - not authorised. I've tried with my Axosoft username and password, the admin account, no username or password, on the portable client and the latest installed copy of SF. Any thoughts Thanks in advance James
Harshith Reddy Musku
Hello James, What authentication is setup for the that service It should be one of the following 'username & password', 'Windows authentication', 'Microsoft Azure marketplace' or no authentication. If the authentication setup is different from these, for example 'OAuth' then you will get '401 Unauthorized' error since that is not supported in Spotfire yet. https://ideas.tibco.com/ideas/TS-I-6772
