Inserting a check box to unselect all filters

Hi,

For my filters, is there a way to insert a check box within the filter pane that allows for me to de-select all of the checked boxes. For example, if my column contains 20 values and i would only to like view 2, instead of having to uncheck 18 individual boxes is there a way to insert an uncheck all box That way i would only have to check the 2 desired boxes.
