Can Cross table show all Cell Values

While creating cross table in Spotfire , The cell values get grouped, Can we ungroup the values to display them on each row Current and Expected output is attached.

I am using Spotfire 7.11

Thanks. Col1, Col2 and Value, already look like the desired result when displayed in a plain table. I don't understand why you need a cross table.

Yes you are correct. But the problem is -

 

I am using external data and when i connect to data table and select it as Table Viz, Marking does not work. It says " There is no primary key in external database" . But we do have key properly defined in external DB. So as a work around i thought of using cross table.

You can try to insert row number as first column and then rest of the columns like below. My data is imported so I have just used RowId() function for rownumber. You can create calculated column on external data or have that column in your database:
