Well sticks not appearing on Spotfire map, but all data is loaded

In my spotfire project, I have the data loaded from Enverus. My well markers are visible, but not the well sticks/actual trajectories. The same project will open with well markers and well sticks on my co-workers computers, but not on mine. I would greatly appreciate any help to make the well sticks visible?

How do you create the trajectories, using connections in that layer?

My co worker created a custom query through our Enverus connection, but I'm open to learning any way to show the trajectories.
