Get the file names of all the CSV files for added rows to my data set

I would like to get the names of all the files that have been added to my data set. I was able to use the Document.Data.Table class and get the Name, but that is for the overall table name for the data set. Is there a way to use python to get these file names, maybe even with the path so I can later compare what's already loaded to a location of all the data with new?
