Mark123 Posted November 15 Posted November 15 Hello, everyone After upgrading Windows services, there may be issues with Python and TERR services reporting errors and going offline. Querying the logs will reveal the following records. When querying the port on the command line, it will be found that it is occupied by a Java process under Node Manager. This issue has already occurred twice. When it first appeared, killing the process and restarting the server had no effects. And the service was eventually reinstalled. However, restarting the server on the second occurrence resolved the issue. Now I want to know the reason of the problem, the methods to avoid it, and the exact solution. Welcome any suggestion.
David Boot-Olazabal Posted November 15 Posted November 15 Hi Mark, This problem qualifies for a support ticket (via https://support.tibco.com) rather than a Community topic. Having said that, it could be that upgrading to the latest version (LTS or Innovation) might get rid of these errors/failures. I would advise you to cross check this as well with our support team. Kind regards, David
