Ashwin Posted November 5 Posted November 5 Hello, I'm an admin for spotfire at our organization. I have downloaded from the community page and added many mods into our analyst client. I pinned the mods and copied into the administration preferences for Everyone (following the directions from here Pinning Mods Directions). Most of my organization can see the mods in their default view, however myself and a few other users seem to lose the pinned mods every time we sign in. Any advice on troubleshooting would be helpful. We just upgraded from Spotfire 11.4 LTS -> 14.0 LTS and did not have this issue before the upgrade. Regards, Ashwin

The errors in the log are related to issues reading mod files from the local cache, which appears to contain some corrupted files. While the application should handle this automatically, you can try clearing or renaming the local mod cache folder (located at C:\Users\apillai\AppData\Local\Spotfire\14.0\Mods) to see if that resolves the issue. I simply changed the folder name from Mods -> Mods_old. Reopened Spotfire and a new Mods folder path was created. Once this new one was made my Mods stayed consistently. Thank you! 1 1
