Vanessa Sucre
Hello Everyone, Other than the official documentation, is there any Upgrade Strategy documentation available? Thank you!
Olivier Keugue Tadaa
Hey Vanessa the upgrade strategy is specific to the environment and the deployment type. But if you follow the general steps described in the documentation you should be good.
Vanessa Sucre
Hi Olivier, Yes, the official documentation is perfect (it's actually a VERY clear step by step) and was already shared with them, but the client is requesting for further detail or complementary documentation/information

Federica Santillo
Hi, We have Spotfire deployed on a K8s cluster (on-prem solution) and customer is asking for any official document for a rolling update strategy.
Olivier Keugue Tadaa
Thanks, Frederica, The upgrade strategy is aligned with the deployment strategy The below documentation is a good way to start https://github.com/spotfiresoftware/spotfire-quickstart A typical upgrade is : backup database and any persistent data (usually folders containing all dependencies) create new versions of the Spotfire images change the helm charts run the helm upgrade for the rolling upgrade if something goes wrong, run the helm rollback command
