Collate Pages of a PDF Report Export

I am looking for help collating the different pages of a PDF export for a multipage PDF export report that is repeated over filtered values in Spotfire. I have 2 tabs in Spotfire that I need to print as a single page (front and back) for a single entity. When I am filtered to a single entity, the PDF report exports and prints perfectly with one tab on the front and the second tab on the back. However, I need to filter, export and print 100's of these reports for each entity in my dataset. Spotfire allows you to repeat over your filter and create one big export which is great but the pages are uncollated meaning it exports page/tab one for each entity followed by page/tab two for each entity. Some diagrams below to help explain what I am asking.
