Unable to run TERR Data Function Script - Binary rlang could not be loaded

Hi Spotfire team,

I try to run some TERR script in my Spotfire, but keep getting error as below:

 

The error message:

TIBCO Enterprise Runtime for R returned an error

The data function 'TEST' could not be executed.

I try to look on the workaround that has been provided (link: TERR error "Foreign binary rlang could not be loaded", from a CRAN package that has been installed using install.packages() or TERR Tools. (tibco.com)) , but unable to solve the issue. Maybe is there another way to solve the issue? My TERR version is 6.0.1.

hi Kem,

the KB article you shared says that this issue is fixed in TERR 6.0.3, and i see you mention you are using TERR 6.0.1. is upgrading to 6.0.3 a possibility? it's not clear what steps from the article you have taken to resolve the problem - could you please elaborate?
