Kari Lynn Deering
I have property controls set up as a dropdown list. I would like to assign a color to each property control so when I graph them they will continually stay the same color. Can this be done?
Olivier Keugue Tadaa
Hi Kari If I understand you well, your property control is a list of columns used to set a "color-by property of a graph/visualization. If that's your case, you can create and apply color schemes for each column. They will therefore always keep the same predefined colors. you can find more information about the color schemes in this documentation. https://docs.tibco.com/pub/sfire-analyst/14.4.0/doc/html/en-US/TIB_sfire-analyst_UsersGuide/index.htm#t=color%2Fcolor_color_schemes_overview.htm
Kari Lynn Deering
Hi Olivier, Actually the property control identifies a unique value in a column. The column name is Well. For example, we have a list of wells that we graph multiple types of visualizations. I would like each value to have it's own color. So Well 1 would be 1 color, Well 2 another and so on. Is that a better explanation? I don't think I described it well enough before.
Olivier Keugue Tadaa
I think I got it. without a real case example, the way to assign a color to a value is via the color schemes explained in the documentation above.
