Move pop up page to another screen - possible?

I have created a similar pop up page for filters as shown in above link. This pop up page cannot be dragged outside Spotfire.
I would like to know if its possible to take this pop filter page outside Spotfire screen? Like use it in another screen?

Thank you David, I am able to create a form using the script you provided.

May I know if it's possible to put Spotfire Filters in this form? Similar to the one in pop up filter example.

hi Padmini,

since this example uses the .NET APIs, it is not possible to add a Spotfire Filter Control. also please be aware that, for the same reason, this popup will not function in the Web Player client; it can only be rendered in the Analyst client.

the example from the article that you shared, however, will work in both any client.
