Marking Points in 3D Scatter Plot Mod

Hello, is it possible to mark data points in this 3D Scatter Plot Mod? I've configured the mod using the basic configuration JSON provided in the user guide. I notice this includes a setting for selected marker size, separate from the regular marker size. However, it doesn't seem to do anything.

Is there perhaps a way to use the PlotlyJS event handlers in the configuration text area?

Hi, in the source code it looks like it should be supported based on the plotly_selected event. However it doesn't seem to be working, as you've discovered. This mod is quite old, and so is the embedded Plotly lib. I'd suggest you have a look at the newer 3D Combined Surface and Line Chart mod. It is pretty much the same as this mod, but with a much easier to configure interface, and it adds the ability to render 3D surfaces. It has the same capabilities for rendering points and lines as the 3D Scatter. That one does support marking, but only click marking on individual points. Plotly doesn't allow for rectangular marking in the 3D rendering environment.
