Frank Schmitt
We recently switched from Spotfire SDK 12 to 14, but we're running into a very annoying problem with the Package Builder. When trying to launch Spotfire.Dxp.PackageBuilder.exe on a system with system language set to German, we get an error message: Quote Error message: Unable to perform operation. See details for more information. ArgumentException at mscorlib: Der angeforderte Wert "Ctrl" konnte nicht gefunden werden. (HRESULT: 80070057) Presumably, this is caused by Keyboard shortcuts in the Package Builders ressource files that use language-dependent keyboard shortcuts, see https://stackoverflow.com/questions/59245734/language-problems-with-shortcuts-in-resx-files This problem was not present in Package Builder 12. The only workaround right now is to - switch system language to English - run Package Builder - switch system language back to German which - as you can imagine - is quite annoying. Additional information: OS version: Windows 11 Enterprise (Build 22621.3447) Spotfire SDK version: 14.0.2 Is there a hotfix for the Spotfire SDK or at least a viable workaround?
