Trying to get the Voronoi Polygons data function to work, but one of the TERR packages is no longer available. What are my options?

Problem is one of the TERR packages is ggvoronoi which is no longer available. Can someone help me with a workaround?

i have ggvoronoi 0.8.3 installed ( a long time ago) and I also see it missing in CRAN Package Repository

maybe trying via the CMD? there seem to be a few options here
