Issue with Package Builder

Hi

I'm, trying to build spk file with Package builder, which I follow the guide below.

Somehow, I am getting an error, with this message below. Anyone may help on this?

So (for searchability), the error is this:

FileLoadException at mscorlib
 
Could not load file or assembly file '[path]\Spotfire.Dxp.Deployment.dll' or one if its dependencies. Operation is not supported. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131515)

NotSupportedException at:
An attempt was made to load an assembly from a network location which would have caused the assembly to be sandboxed in previous versions of the .NET Framework.

It's rather likely that you are encountering the issue described in KB article

In short, files downloaded from the Internet being blocked by Windows.Please refer to the article for how to resolve that.
