How to display only one ID if date is same and ID of greatest date if dates are different

Hi All,

Please find the sample data below:

 

1. For Work="Installation", If Installation Date same, then only one date record with Visit should be displayed
2. For Work="Installation", If Installation Dates are different, then record with greatest date along with Visit should be displayed

Expected Output:

I have to use this calculated column - "Total Visit" for bar chart visualization

Can somebody please help me?
