I noticed that there hasn't been any response to this question yet.

In short, it's currently hard coded to a 200 row limit, but the source code is available in Github so you can tweak it yourself.

I recommend that you also report this as an enhancement - increasing the row limit/ability to tweak the limit - by creating an issue in https://github.com/spotfiresoftware/spotfire-mods/tree/master/catalog/gantt-chart.
