Line connection for specific data

Hi I have a scatter plot. I want to connect points only for specific data. How do I do this?

I tried writing a custom expression but its not working. In the screenshot attached I want to only see the blue and red line.

Is this possible?

You might try creating a new column to use as your Line Connection setting. Something like:

case when [current column]="yes" then [current column] end as [new column]

This will fill in the values you want, and leave the rest blank. Then you can use this new column under Line Connection

The last picture shows that the dots are connected for multiple "Fields" and not just the one on which I flagged with the Case When statement.

Try setting the "Order each line by" to the same column to get what you're looking for.

Yes I tired that. and it works only for one field. But it does not work if I want to add one more field. The "Order each line by" only accepts one column and not multiple columns. If I put one flag for more than one field in the same column in this example "Machuhske_Flag" then it connects both fields together.

Do you know if this is a bug that "Draw a separate line per value in" does weird things?
