Nearly 5 members are working on the same dashboard. If anyone makes changes and saves them in the dashboard by clicking the button, those changes are reflected simultaneously to others without having to close and reopen the dashboard.

Ex:

If I add two more text areas or delete the text areas, or make any changes to the text areas, those changes should be reflected to others by clicking the "reload page" button.

Can Anyone help on this.

I'm not aware of any way this could be achieved today - it's part of the greater idea of improving support for multiple people working on the same analysis. Today you would need to reopen the analysis to get the updates, and that would overwrite any changes you have done. Using versioning (from version 12.0), any previous saved versions could at least remain, but changes won't be merged.

One feature that could help you a bit, depending on your workflow, is the ability to copy & paste pages, visualizations etc between two analysis files. For more information, refer to the manual: "Pasting Data, Pages or Visualizations"
