Unable to download TIBCO mods.

Hi,

I'm logged into the TIBCO community site. Whenever I try to download any TIBCO mod files, the download button redirects me to the home page of the community. Anyone could provide the direct link to download the files? (say for Network plot, for example).

Hello Pedro,

1. First, start by making sure that you are logged in to the community BEFORE you attempt to download.
2. Now go to the mods page in TIBCO Exchange, e.g. https://community.spotfire.com/s/exchange/aCv4z0000008Od2CAE/network-chart-mod-for-tibco-spotfire for the Network plot.
3. Now you should be able to download it using the Download link in that page.

Confirmed, I'm logged in to the community (I can read this message) but the button displays "LOG IN TO DOWNLOAD FILES". Please, see below the screenshot. When I click on the button, it takes me to the home page. Could it be a license or permission issues?

Thank you for the clarification, Pedro!. That you see that "Login to download files" button (when you should be logged in) indicates that there are some kind of issues with the login. As a quick test, I would try a different browser, or using an Incognito window.
