I am getting "Status: FAILED - attempt to communicate with service was unsuccessful" error

I just added Automation Services instances and modified the SMTP details to send emails via TIBCO Spotfire automation jobs.

However, the automation instance has a status of "failed".The detailed message is "Status Attempt to communicate with service was unsuccessful."

Please let me know the solution.

Environment Details:

Spotfire Server 12.0.0

Database: MS SQL Server
