It sounds like maybe you have not been given sufficient access to that folder in the Library (I assume the analysis you are trying to access resides in the Spotfire Library) - you need to have at least "Browser + Access" to open an analysis file (note that permissions are only set on the folder). You should reach out to your local Spotfire administrators to request access.
