How to capture html checkbox selection status inside Ironpython script for writeback functionality

There is a datatable where few items are available and for each item there is a flag either its Y or N. Using Ironpython scripts I have populated the data in TextArea in given html format. There I have added all the items in table format and in each row I have given checkbox so Customer can make it checked and unchecked. So based on Customers Decision of items selection I want to write back the item status in Database . Just want to add no of items are dynamic.

Challenge is here I am not able to capture the checkbox updated status inside ironpython script to write back in database. Based on Items update the bar graph will refresh automatically.

I have given the screenshot of the layout. Can you please help me to get the status of items checkbox status inside ironpython script.
