Text Area HTML Table borders are missing in PDF

We are using Spotfire 11.4.3 LTS.

I have several Text Areas containing HTML that render tables. The table cells are styled to render various borders, e.g.

<TR style="BORDER-BOTTOM: 1px solid">

They appear as expected on-screen but some are missing (and thicker) when the page is exported to PDF, e.g.

Is this a known bug and if so is there a work-around?

I just stumbled upon this very old post, so I hope the issue has been resolved. If not, I just did some quick tests without being able to reproduce this (it's not a known issue). If you (or anyone else with the same problem) encounter the issue again, please open a support case in the TIBCO Support Portal (https://support.tibco.com) so our support team can investigate this. Please include the entire text area html code when doing so.
