The size of my Spotfire dxp is 99MB(Linked to source) and the initial loading time of the document takes nearly 2.5 min. Is there any way to reduce the initial loading time without using Scheduled updates?

There are 8 pages in the dxp and each page contains 4 charts. There are 3 million rows. I've tried removing the javascripts and html from text areas which are available on each page for drop down lists) but it does not make any difference.
